I did the lemon detox a few months back and lasted 4 days. I was very moody though and found it extremely hard to look after 3 kids without food! Not long after attempting the lemon detox, I found another one, the name fails me at the moment, but it was a 10 day detox that you could eat healthy foods with. It was brilliant! It made me feel awesome, my skin shone, and I lost 2 kilos. I still ate all my meals and felt fantastic. It was called something like 4,3,2,1 Detox, and it was peach flavoured (much tastier than the lemon detox).
